When will I get my bond back?
Bonds will be refunded to your bank account within 21 days of the event.
Access to Hall
Access information will be provided the week prior to your function, providing all funds have been paid and necessary documentation provided.
When is the the hall available for decoration?
The hall will be available for decoration and set up from 9.00am on the day of the booking. No decorations to be affixed to timber beams or Stage Facia only on hooks provided, commander type tape or blue tac may be used on the brick work. No decorations are to be attached to the curtains, heaters, or air conditioners. Nothing is to be applied to the floor without the written permission of the Committee of Management.
What is the end time for all functions?
All functions must strictly end at 12:00 midnight with no exceptions.
What is your noise policy?
Please note that Hirer’s are responsible for noise levels and compliance with the environmental Protection Act.
How do I check if the hall is booked on a certain date in the future?
Check the calendar page and navigate to the required date using the arrow buttons. Days that are unavailable will be already marked "BOOKED".

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Your booking is only confirmed on receipt of FULL payment of bond and ALL applicable fees. Click here to request a booking.
What is the seating capacity of the hall and table details?
The MAXIMUM number of people permitted at the Hall at any one time is 200.

What about a Liquor Licence?
The Narre Warren North Hall is not a licensed venue. The Hirer is responsible for of obtaining any necessary Liquor Licence for the function proposed. If you intend selling alcohol at your function you will need to apply to Consumer Affairs –liquor licensing for a "TEMPORARY LIMITED LICENCE". Consumer Affairs can be contacted on 1300 650 367 or an application form can be downloaded via the Web at www.consumer.vic.gov.au - This application form should be lodged at least 35 days prior to the event being held. A copy of the Licence must be provided as part of the Conditions of Hire of the Narre Warren North Hall. The Hirer is responsible and liable for all behaviour/actions inside and out of the Hall. A refreshment or liquor bar may be set up in the supper room only and MUST NOT be set up in the main hall.
Can we have a BBQ/Spit roast?
Spit roasts and BBQs outside of the Hall are permitted on the kitchen side only.
Only the facilities requested and approved when booking the Hall may be used.
What is the smoking policy?
SMOKING IS BANNED IN ALL AREAS OF THE HALL AND WITHIN 10 METRES OF ALL EXIT AND ENTRY DOORWAYS.
